Our Story
Assisting Work started in 2021 with one simple idea: share jobs in fashion and the creative industries. It was never meant to be more than that. But what began as a small Instagram account grew into a movement, over 140,000 creatives, tens of thousands of opportunities shared, and millions of views every month.
That growth revealed something deeper. The creative world is full of talent, but it’s still shaped by outdated systems, closed doors, and unnecessary gatekeepers. There’s never been an easier time to share your work, yet it’s never been harder to be seen. Too often, talent is buried beneath algorithms and noise.
We built Assisting Work to change that. A platform designed by creatives, not corporations. A place that connects talent and opportunity without the barriers, where visibility is earned by the work, not by the size of your following.
Our mission is to create visibility and build a future where talent can thrive without compromise.
